They healed up these wounds that kept happening on the naked part of my doggo's belly (he's short, compared to the speargrass that he explores through, that pokes him, and then gets infected when he licks his wounds) I didn't want to have to put him on antibiotics for the third time in a year, and the vet trips for a recurring issue were getting expensive. Highly recommend for persistent small skin infections. Doggo was happy to roll over and have it applied, so I assume it doesn't sting at all.

The cream is like an ointment and will stay on the body/fur all day long. my other cat doesn't like the taste so for sure it is anti-lick.
My senior cat has severe skin problem and always bites and scratches himself. The vet can't diagnose what it is exactly; friends working with animals and the groomer said it might be allergy. We have tried a lot of skin care products and fed him meds from the vet. But none worked.
When my boyfriend was thinking of putting him down I bought this product and wanted to give it a try anyways. In the first 3 days there was no obvious improvement as his wounds were all deep scratches, the only thing I could see was this cream moisturizes the skin. But from Day 3 to Day 5, I saw a rapid improvement of his wounds: scalps got dried out and fell off, areas of broken skin and itchy areas decreased, stopping scratching and biting himself... Now I have used this cream for 2 weeks (every afternoon I wipe off the cream on his body with cotton pads and clean water, then in the evening I put new cream on him), his skin is very close to totally recover.
If you don't see a rapid improvement after using this product, you should be patient and keep using it on your pet. Hope all hairy babies are healthy!

This stuff is hard until it warms, which lets me spread a rather thick coating on if I want to. I do it before our walk and by the time we're back there's no grease prints tracked in the house.
